Range of Job - Usually, when a employee joins and organization, a job description is provided to him to which he abides. For thats what he is going to be rated. Seldom, does an employee has an opportunity work on somethings out of the box. Every industry is getting matured day by day through various processes, limiting the possibility of an employee to commit mistakes and while doing the same things on and on with the same quality. Sounds good. Organization benefits.
What an employee is lacking through this is diverse range of job. Job satisfaction varies..
Stress - Are you stressed out in your work? Do you have frequent break downs due to health? Most of the times, its not the job in hand which stress you. Its external factors? Have you prioritized the work in hand?
Think and act.. Understand the difference between hard work and smart work. Smart work boost job satisfaction.
Emoluments - A survery deduced that - 90% of the employees had told salary as the highest criteria for Job satisfaction. Yes its an integral part of our life. But as Warren Buffet says "Money doesn't create man but it is the man who created money". Ponder on this. Probably you may be able to get more satisfaction in your work.

Individual Job Satisfacation
" I'm not satisfied with my job'. You get to hear this sentence from within you as well as from others so often. I though why not share some thoughts on this aspect today.
By the way, what is job satisfaction as such. What are the parameter where its bullish? In my opinion, job satisfaction is nothing but a state of mind. You get satisfied owing to the result of one action and dissatisfied with another. Or in other word, you try to weigh those instances when you were extremely happy with your work-in-hand on one side while on the other side those times when you were'nt so. Mind you, the answer which you get at one particular time is always different.
Thats bring us to the first conclusion: Job satisfaction is a propotional to time.
Lets go furthur...
Individual job satisfaction is related to the decision making environment, team support,range of job, low stress,emoluments,career growth,job security etc.
Decision making environment - Organization makes wide range of decision daily and multiple levels - some of them individually while others joint. Any individual who doesnt make decision of his own is bound for less job satisfaction.
Hence, an organization should ensure that all employees are involved in a joint decision making at different levels.
Team support - An individual requires team support in all his/her activities. So its an obligation of employees to give resonable treatment possible for his/her co-workers..

Role of women in family
In the introductory speech of Prathiba Patil, honorable president of India, told that the backbone of the nation lies in the empowerment of the Women of India.
When we try to apply the same principle for a family, I guess all of us agree to the fact that Women is indeed the back of a family too. Women out her various roles – may it be the journey as a mother or as a wife does undergo situation which needs to be dealt with shear prudence.
Today, we try to understand what the role of a woman is with the abbreviation of FAMILY.
F – Faith
A – Altar
M – Meditation
I – Identification
L – Light
Y – Yoke
Faith – The perfect family is that which roots its faith in the only Saviour, Jesus Christ. It is more the faith of the mother, which usually enables the children to grow in the knowledge and faith of the Lord.
Alter- Family is the altar for all the members to share their concerns. Often we observe in the so called nuclear family, where the husband and wife are employed and are having different office timing and working under pressure always, tend to neglect the alter.
Reflecting on my childhood days I remembers my grandfather and grandmother coming and spending time together in the evening, usually before the evening family prayer, sharing the concerns and trying to resolve them. I am sure it would have helped their children (and their grand children) to follow suit.
When children learn that this is place where they can rely upon and find a direction for all the issue they are facing, it will undoubtedly help all the family members to open up for themselves.
Meditation – Meditation on the word is special. It makes us physically as well as spiritually rich. As Ps.119:105 says Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.
Identification: How do other identify a family. Usually, when we go a visit a home, we carry back some impressions about this family. If you analyse, a majority of this is through the impression with the women of the family created. This is another area of excellence for women.
Light: The more light we throw in the family, the more clear and evident would it be.
Yoke: Every individual in a family has a yoke to carry. By the grace of God, we will be able to develop the ability to carry this yoke without any issue.
The above aspects applies not only to women, but to men too as you would have inferred by this time.
